Dr. Lance Hidalgo opened Prairieville Animal Hospital in 1998. Since then, our LSU-trained veterinarians have cared for the dogs and cats of Ascension Parish and the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Call us at (225) 677-5005 to set up a visit. We book all appointments by phone. Our front desk team will find a time that works for your family.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. We are also open Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

Payment is due at the time of your visit. Please call us at (225) 677-5005 before your appointment with any questions about payment or the cost of care. We are happy to talk it through.
